StorageGRID decommission keeps pausing at Decommissioning Erasure Coding Data due to EC profiles repairs

Issue

StorageGRID continuesly puts a Decommission state on paused on the Erasure Coding stage

On the EC leader node, it reports one or more of below example errors in /var/local/log/bycast.log:
