Issue

Unable to upgrade StorageGRID OS due to a previous SANtricity upgrade error. The upgrade buttons are grayed out for GRID OS and Hotfix.
 
An error occurred during the most recent SANtricity OS upgrade. You must retry the SANtricity OS upgrade before you can apply a hotfix or upgrade to a new StorageGRID release. If you cannot upgrade SANtricity OS, contact technical support.
