Issue

  • StorageGRID hotfix is not progressing on single storage node.
  • Affected node up and running but reporting Unable to communicate with node: one or more services are unresponsive, or the node cannot be reached
  • The following alerts persist across all storage nodes:
    • External syslog server forwarding error on all nodes
    • Logs being added to the on-disk memory queue
    • Audit logs being added to the in-memory queue
    • Platform Services Unavailable
