StorageGRID Appliance SG5700 reports possible network isolation: node has no contact with other nodes and kern.log show "The MFW is not responsive"

Issue

  • servermanager.log shows dynip service detects Possible network isolation

     +0000 | dynip                     | Possible network isolation: Node has no contact with other nodes.

  • kern.log reports with the below error message

    May 22 07:56:51 localhost kernel: [2586056.496601] [qed_mcp_phy_sfp_read:4189(hic4-0)]Failed to send a transceiver read command to the MFW. rc = -16.
