StorageGRID 12.0.x Upgrade Fails to Continue Beyond Primary Admin Node

• NetApp StorageGRID

• StorageGRID upgrade to the 12.0.x release fails after the Primary Admin Node is successfully upgraded.
• In the Grid Manager, underMaintenance > Software Update > StorageGRID Update, the upgrade reports below error.

Failed to start the upgrade service on one or more nodes. Details: An unknown GDU server error occurred. For more information, see gdu-server.log.

• Multiple alerts related to FIPS enablement are observed on the Alerts page.
• Additionally, the gdu-server.log file located on the Primary Admin Node (/var/local/log) reports below error messages.
