Issue

Unable to access Appliance Installer page or proceed with installation of new SGA's due to remnants of an existing configuration:
  • Error message during install: 

Error while updating cache settings on volume StorageGRID-PGE-Backup

  • Error message on the console when rebooting compute node 
  • ERROR -- Connection error while creating SYMbol connection
      ERROR -- Connection to agent failed
  • HE as reported from the compute node of the StorageGRID Appliance
