Notes:
  • Starting from StorageGRID 11.3.0.13, it's possible to run a combined major upgrade and hotfix script, reducing the number of upgrade/installation processes. See KB: How to run a combined major upgrade and hotfix script for StorageGRID.
  • NetApp recommends using the combined upgrade feature to prevent running into any known issues on base versions of the StorageGRID major release software.
  • Starting with version 11.6, the combined upgrade can be completed via the StorageGRID UI to upgrade to the major release and hotfix simultaneously. See documentations: perform upgrade. clipboard_e0be897dbc79e29bc3821f90725c435dd.png
