MySQL on secondary admin node crashes during StorageGRID upgrade from 11.6 to 11.7

Issue

During upgrade  from 11.6 to 11.7 MySQL  on secondary admin node fails to start with the following error in the /var/local/log/mysql.err

[ERROR] InnoDB: Upgrade after a crash is not supported. The redo log was created with MariaDB 10.3.31
