Issue

  • High latencies observed after StorageGRID upgrade from 11.7, 11.8 to 11.9
  • GRID has two sites, one load balancer on each, HA group in use
  • Nodes on one site (SiteA) not receiving S3 traffic
  • Only one site (SiteB) is handling all client requests
  • No S3 ingest activity or LDR sessions on affected site nodes
  • Latency alerts triggered in Grid Manager
