Bare metal admin node installation failing due to CA cert not matching error

Issue

During the installation of a new admin node the following error is reporting:

ERROR -- gdu-server: Failed to execute sh command with 'gpt-provision --json /var/local/gdu-server/spec' on localhost - 1, Create initial revision for Grid{ "NA" gid: software_version:11.8.0}
Provisioned CA Cert does not match installed CA cert!
