Issue

  • Unable to access Grid Manager due to ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

  • service servermanager start command on primary admin node returns servermanager not initialized

# service servermanager start
starting servermanager ... servermanager not initialized. Starting service

  • /var/local/log/servermanager.log in primary admin node indicates Possible network isolation: Node has no contact with other nodes.
