  • StorageGRID Appliances that utilizes SANtricity as the backend but not limiting to:
    • SG5700
    • SG5800
    • SG6000
    • SG6100

Issue

  • Unable to complete new StorageGRID install due to 503 error seen from Appliance Installer page
  • 503 error reported when attempting to navigate to installer page on storage node
  • Following errors can be observed:
