StorageGRID what will happen when Data space usage hit 100 percent on a node ?

Answer

  1. The storage volume (rangedb) will go read-only. This is done using watermarks
  2. When no more rangdb's are available for writes, then LDR services will go readonly
  3. When not enough nodes available for writes, PUT requests will fail.
