Issue

  • After recently defining firewall access control rules in StorageGRID Grid Manager (Firewall Controls > Manage External Access), users are unable to access the StorageGRID Grid Manager interface.
  • Users cannot connect to StorageGRID Grid Management Interface or SSH.
