S3 experimental console gives Access Denied when entering access key of other user

Issue

  • Access key for a read-only user was generated via the root account logged into tenant manager.
  • S3 experimental console was launched from the root user's tenant manager.
  • Uploading the access key and secret key for the read-only user gives "Access Denied" on the S3 experimental console.
