Grid Manager GUI displays one storage node's connection state is unknown after network maintenance

Issue

  • Grid Manager GUI displays one specific storage node's connection state is unknown after network maintenance

  • However, there are no alerts detected.

  • Both primary admin node and secondary admin node display the same unknown state.
  • Rebooting primary admin node doesn't resolve the issue.
  • StorageGRID OS 's ASUP -> SYSTEM-ALARMS.XML log indicates that the status of services LDR, ADC, and DDS changed to "Connected" after the maintenance but there is no corresponding log entry indicating the status change for SSM:
