500 Internal Server Error attempting to decommission site on StorageGRID

Issue

  • When accessing the Decommission page, the following error is observed:

500: Internal Server Error 
Unable to find storage grades map for site "XXX1a"

  • An additional alert is observed attempting to create a storage pool on the same site:

Error 
TypeError:Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'displayName')

  • /var/local/logs/nms.log records the following:

nms.latest.log:Mar12 17:32:40 adminnode NMS: |2025-03-12T17:32:40.972| INFO    Assigning the selected storage grades to Storage Nodes
