Issue

  • StorageGRID UI reports the following alerts:
    • Cassandra table corruption
    • Storage volume offline
    • Storage volume needs attention
       
  • Multiple storage volumes offline on affected storage node: 

volumesofflinecorruption.png

  • /var/local/logs/bycast.log records the following for each affected volume:
