Issue

  • StorageGRID UI reports alert AutoSupport message failed to send.

StorageGRID reports AutoSupport message failed to send to Additional Destination

  • Weekly, Event-Triggered, and User-Triggered AutoSupport are sending to NetApp Support as expected.
  • Additional Destination shows Failed

StorageGRID reports AutoSupport message failed to send to Additional Destination

  • nms.log in /var/local/log show the following error to the additional destination configured: 
    • ERROR   Connection to autosupport destination https://IP_Address:Port failed with error Connection reset by peer - SSL_connect
  • nms.log in /var/local/log shows the following successful weekly ASUP message: 
    • INFO    Successfully sent WEEKLY Asup to destination https://support.netapp.com:443
