Issue

  • StorageGRID reports AutoSupport message failed to send on admin node .
  • StorageGRID auto support under SUPPORT > Tools > AutoSupport > Results shows successful.
storagegrid_last_failed_autosupport_timestamp metric is !=0
  • StorageGRID logs from affected admin node: /var/local/log/nms.log
