StorageGRID reports Appliance LACP port missing - A port on a StorageGRID appliance is not participating in the LACP bond

  • One or multiple HIC ports stop working or are down on nodes with LACP bonding enabled.
  • Grid manger UI reports :


  • Verify if the cables are connected to all the ports for which bond is made or LACP is configured under cd /proc/net/bonding.
  • If the cables are connected and still the alert persists, please contact NetApp Technical Support and reference this article for further assistance.
