StorageGRID on Bare metal node shows Down/Unknown after HW firmware upgrade

StorageGRID on bare metal hosts.

Issue

After a hardware firmware upgrade, a StorageGRID node displays a  "down/unknown" status. Attempting to bring the container back online results in an error: 

[root@NXXXXX ~]# storagegrid node status  
Name               Config-State    Run-State  
dc1-sn1            Configured      Error  

[root@NXXXXX ~]# storagegrid node enter  
Skipping non-running node dc1-sn1  

[root@NXXXXX ~]#tail -10 /var/log/storagegrid /nodes/dc1-sn1.log
[2025-03-20T18:17:15.647419]    INFO -- Command docker inspect --format {{.State.Pid}} storagegrid-dc1-sn1 started, pid 3728
