Issue

  • StorageGRID presents alert: Appliance storage controller drive failure

  • Back-end E-Series ASUPs reports all drives are Optimal.
  • One controller in duplex configuration reporting no data for drives in ASUPs in  state-capture-data.txt > getObjectGraph_MT(4,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0
  • Misc logs from controller reporting the following error repeatedly: 
    • (EventGateManager): ERROR: OGM: No object found for DurableName( 010000005000xxxxxxxx0000000000000000 )
