Issue

  • BMC events report the following repeat alerts on the affected appliance:

    • 398 | 05/05/2025 |17:07:43 | Power Unit #0x77 | Power off/down | Deasserted
      396 | 05/05/2025 |16:24:14 | Power Unit #0x77 | AC lost | Asserted
      397 | 05/05/2025 |17:07:38 | Management Subsys Health #0x7a | Management controller unavailable | Asserted

  • StorageGRID UI may also report Appliance compute controller needs attention alert
    • When the SEL list (BMC events) becomes large, it will trigger the "Appliance compute controller needs attention alert".
