Issue

StorageGRID UI reports Storage appliance storage connectivity degraded following HBA replacement.
All port on E-Series backend are UP with no incrementing fibre channel errors in state-capture-data.txt > fcDump

All ports on HBA are reporting UP in /var/local/log/kern.log:
