StorageGRID alert Storage appliance storage connectivity degraded after HBA replaced

Issue

  • StorageGRID UI reports Storage appliance storage connectivity degraded following HBA replacement. 
  • All port on E-Series backend are UP with no incrementing fibre channel errors in state-capture-data.txt > fcDump
  • All ports on HBA are reporting UP in /var/local/log/kern.log:
    • localhost kernel: [12.00] lpfc 0000:b0:00.0: 0:1303 Link Up Event x1 received Data: x1 x0 x80 x0 x0 x0 0

  • In StorageGRID base-os-logs/command_results.txt is missing paths:
