StorageGRID "Configuration validation failed" nginx gw backup configuration alerts after node recovery

Issue

The nginx-gw service was found to be using a backup configuration for admin and gateway node, and the following error was observed in servermanager.log:

[2025-07-25T07:49:15.418] DEBUG -- Command '/usr/sbin/nginx-gw -t -c /etc/nginx-gw/nginx-gw.conf' completed with exit code 1
[2025-07-25T07:49:15.418] WARNING -- Configuration validation failed.
nginx: the configuration file /etc/nginx-gw/nginx-gw.conf syntax is ok
nginx: [emerg] bind() to 10.74.41.32:10226 failed (99: Cannot assign requested address)
nginx: configuration file /etc/nginx-gw/nginx-gw.conf test failed
