Issue

  • StorageGRID reports Services appliance link down on Admin Network port
  • No network related activity performed
  • Run ifconfig to check the state of the ports and error counters on each item of RX errors,dropped,overruns,frame
    • Good port: eth1: flags=4098<UP,BROADCAST,RUNNING,SLAVE,MULTICAST>  mtu 1500
    • Bad port  : eth1: flags=6211<UP,BROADCAST,SLAVE,MULTICAST>  mtu 1500 -->without running state​​​​​
