Issue

  • BMC IP is unreachable and displaying 'Unknown' on affected node in StorageGRID UI (Nodes > Hardware tab).

  • Multiple hardware failure alerts reported on the StorageGRID UI.
  • One or more alerts may be present on the affected node(s):
    • Appliance DAS drive fault detected for all Drive slots: HDD00 - HDD011
    • Appliance fan fault detected for all Fan units: Fan_SYS0 - Fan_SYS7
    • Appliance compute controller power supply A has a problem
    • Appliance compute controller power supply B has a problem
