Issue

  • StorageGRID reports:
    • Alert Appliance compute controller needs attention
    • Alert A hardware fault has been detected in the compute controller of a StorageGRID appliance
    • Alarm CCNA (Compute Controller Needs Attention)

Note: These alerts and alarms may be automatically resolved, but they tend to reoccur.

  • bycast.log reports P3V non-OK  error: WARNING  0283 CCST: IPMI device P3V_BATT reports non-OK status nc
  • E-Series SANtricity is healthy with no errors
