Issue

Customer received repeated alerts from their external monitoring tool (Moogsoft portal) indicating “storagegrid_appliance_cmos_battery_status needs attention or has failed” on multiple StorageGRID appliance nodes.

However, no corresponding alerts were present in StorageGRID Grid Manager or BMC logs.
