StorageGRID 11.6

Issue

[Impact: None to Major] Under certain conditions, expanding the StorageGRID with new storage nodes causes duplicate entries to be visible in the Grid Topology and nodes views.

Depending on the type of expansion, the impact may be severe - causing data ingest and retrieval to fail.  Expansions that add nodes with the ADC and RSM services are at higher risk of impact.

The 'original' nodes show normal status, the 'duplicates' show as blue nodes.
