Issue

StorageGRID Appliance enters persistent reboot loop during the expansion.  Boot console logs reports following error,

Gave up waiting for root filesystem device
ALERT! UUID=XXXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXX does not exist. Dropping to a shell!
Rebooting automatically due to panic=boot argument
