Answer

  • StorageGRID versions 11.9.0.14 and earlier do not support Okta integration for authentication.
  • Okta support is available only through the OIDC framework introduced in StorageGRID 12.1.
  • Customers planning to use Okta should verify compatibility and follow the OIDC configuration guide after upgrading to a supported version.
