Issue

  • After StorageGRID was upgraded from version 11.8.0.9 to 11.9.0.4 some application S3 requests were timing out.
  • User accounts belonging to many groups
  • Increased latency from acct service. This can be observed in Grafana dashboard Account Service Overview --> Average Time showing increased time for get_accesskey operation
