StorageGRID SNMP Traps are sending successfully but not received by external SNMP tool

Issue

  • SNMP traps notifications from StorageGRID are successfully sending and received by the external LogicMonitor Collector but not forwarded to the Listener.
  • GRID logs via the Primary Admin node show Trap successfully sent in /var/local/log/sg-snmp-agent.log:
    • [2026-06-12T17:45:57.312]    INFO -- Opening sent events database: /var/local/sg-snmp-agent/sent_events.db
      [2026-06-12T17:45:57.313]    INFO -- Sending alert notifications for .16.98.49.50.98.50.98.102.55.54.101.50.52.55.99.53.102, starts At 2026-06-12T17:44:24.410Z
