Issue

  • A specific disk bay on the StorageGRID appliance shows no green LED, although the system is operating normally. 
  • Other disks have green LEDs lit; fault (amber) LED is off. 
  • Moving the disk to another slot causes the green LED to light normally. 
  • Inserting a different disk into slot 0 does not light the green LED. 
  • No operational or data impact observed; only LED display issue.
