Issue

After upgrading to 11.9.0 from 11.8.0, when customer tried to create/update new traffic classification policy they received a validation error in GUI:
Error
Validation failed. Please check the values you entered for errors.
• Policies is invalid.
• Limits is invalid.
• Value must be less than or equal to 4000000000
• Value must be less than or equal to 4000000000
