Issue

  • Users were unable to access an S3 bucket on StorageGRID. 
  • All attempts to access the bucket via the endpoint URL return HTTP 403 Forbidden errors.

Connection error: An error occurred (403) when calling the HeadBucket operation: ForbiddenConnection OK -> bucket=<bucket name> endpoint=https://<DNS NAME>:443
