Issue

  • After performing a SANtricity upgrade, the compute node remained in an Administratively Down state within the StorageGRID Grid Manager.
  • The node did not come online for an extended period after the upgrade.
  • SANtricity System Manager reported 0 available volumes.
  • The StorageGRID console displayed the following status/message:
