Issue

  • A StorageGRID compute node became unresponsive and was reported as “down” in the StorageGRID UI.
  • The 7-segment display on the affected node showed code ‘68’.
  • The node could not be accessed via management IP or direct console connection, and attempts to reseat the controller or power cycle the node did not restore functionality.
