Issue

  • Grid Manager GUI displays one specific storage node's connection state is UNKNOWN even though all the services are running in CLI

  • However, there are no alerts detected.

  • Both primary admin node and secondary admin node display the same unknown state.
  • Rebooting primary admin node doesn't resolve the issue.
