Issue

  • ASUPs triggered by secondary admin node create cases for alerts (i.e NDDOWN) identified at one site (i.e Site A).

E-Series ASUPs triggered by non-PA node create cases for false alerts

  • GUI for secondary admin node shows nodes being down at Site A.

E-Series ASUPs triggered by non-PA node create cases for false alerts

  • GUI for Primary Admin node shows all nodes at the same site are online.

E-Series ASUPs triggered by non-PA node create cases for false alerts

  • The non-primary admin node is unable to communicate with all the nodes at site A on most of the ports necessary for internal grid communication (i.e 9999, 1139 and SSH 22).
  • Packet trace from the non-PA and found the traffic on is not reaching site A's nodes.
