With ZAPI in SnapCenter 5.0P2 fails to mount or clone with "401 not authorized"

Issue

When attempting to mount or clone any ONTAP based resource, the cloning operation fails with:
ex.Message : The running command stopped because the preference variable "ErrorActionPreference" or common parameter is set to Stop: [401]: User is not authorized.
 
Under the SMCore configuration setting IsRestEnabledForStorageConnection  set to false to force ZAPI usage, and the SVM account only being setup for ontapi and possibly ssh.
