  • Verify the compatibility of Operating System with SnapCenter before upgrading using NetApp IMT.
  • You shall take below mentioned backup methods, and can be restored in case of issues.
  1. Take VM level snapshot backup before upgrading OS.
  2. Also take SnapCenter Server repository backup.
