Issue

  • Unable to update User/Service account credentials in Snapcenter after password change in Windows Active Directory.
  • In the Snapcenter UI under Settings - Credentials - Select user and Modify,when trying to update Username and Password , we get "Failed- Login Failed Invalid Username or password. Please check your credentials" even though SQL services on SQL host start using this user/service account without any errors
