Unable to select SQL databases for backup

Applies to

  • SnapCenter Server (SC) 4.1.1 and above
  • SnapCenter Plug-In for SQL (SCSQL) 4.1.1 and above

Issue

  • User SQL databases have the status Not available for backup in the Resources tab of SC GUI
  • If click on a database, see the message Not available for backup. DB is not on NetApp storage, auto-close is enabled or in recovery mode
  • Disks are discovered successfully
