Issue

  • After installing the Microsoft Windows Updates and rebooting both SnapCenter Server 6.2 HA nodes, the customer was unable to log in to the SnapCenter GUI or run any SnapCenter PowerShell cmdlets.
  • Attempts to connect via Open- SmConnection returned HTTP 500 internal server errors from the SnapCenter.
  • The MySQL 5.7 service was not starting on Node2, while it was running on Node1. The issue affected both nodes in the SnapCenter HA cluster.
  • Uninstalling the Windows updates did not resolve the problem.
