Issue

Attempting to increase disk size of /jail on SCV host from SCV maintenance console fails with error:

Stopping All Services Now .....

/home/maint/scripts/extend_jail.sh: line 55: fdisk: command not found
Recreating Partition
The jail disk size could not be increased.
Ensure that you increased the jail disk size from the vSphere Client
before running this script.
Jail disk is "Hard Disk 4" as shown in the "Edit Settings"
section of your VM in the vSphere Client.
