Issue

  • Unable to add a new SVM to SCV after rebooting the SCV VM.
  • Error seen in the SCV console UI:

Failed to add/update storage system information: Failed to connect to storage system <SVM_FQDN>.\nThis instance has already started one or more requests. Properties can only be modified before sending the first request.

  • The ONTAPI and HTTP applications have been enabled for the SVM and username.
  • Firewall is not blocking port 443.
