PVC creation has slow performance and hangs with the following backend error :

Error: error communicating with Trident REST API; Get "http://127.0.0.1:8000/trident/v1/backend": context deadline exceeded (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers) command terminated with exit code 1
